If you’re seeking therapy for a child ages 5–12 and your family has Aetna Medicaid, please reach out. Complete the contact form to request a free 10‑minute consultation so I can learn about your child’s needs and determine whether my services are the right fit.
-
To start, I offer a complimentary consultation to assess your needs and determine whether we are a suitable match for working together. Should we decide to proceed, my standard session fee is $120.00. Please note that this rate may vary if you are utilizing out-of-network benefits.
-
I am in-network with Aetna-Medicaid and accept a total of 149 different insurance plans. Additionally, I accept private pay.
If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible for reimbursement. Most insurance companies will reimburse a portion of my fee if you submit a superbill, which I will provide.
Please note that insurance companies typically only cover specific types of therapy and may require access to your private health information, including progress notes, goals, payment details, and session limits. Additionally, many clients have high-deductible plans, meaning you may need to pay out-of-pocket until the deductible is met.
Paying privately for therapy allows you more flexibility and control over your sessions, including the option for longer sessions, which can be beneficial for certain therapeutic approaches.
-
First Appointment: The initial session typically includes an assessment to gather information about your background, concerns, and therapy goals.
Discussion: You'll share your reasons for seeking therapy, any relevant mental health history, and the issues you wish to address.
